Crisp Cusine is driven to Create Culinary Culture. Beyond simply preparing food for consumption, we seek to shape and influence the culinary identity of our communities. A creative exploration of history, geography, and agriculture. Each distinct menu is conceived and created by Chef Mark Barahona using only fresh, seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.
Chef Mark had big ideas for his business but needed help to make it really stand out. Mark’s unique personality inspired us; professional and charming with an edge. First, we developed the Brand Story, defining his mission, vision, and values before creating a bold, sharp visual identity that pops out from the crowd. Increased foot traffic, higher sales, and increased inquiries for catering events were received after launching the new brand.
